Weisz break into popular audience came with a leading role in The Mummy followed by string of popular films including the sequel to The Mummy, The Mummy Returns and Enemy at the Gates, About a Boy and Constantine. In 2006 Weisz won Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress and the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for her role in The Constant Gardener.
