You can embed it straight into your application and its flexible look-and-feel makes it ideal for virtual control panels. Features include multiple needles with Source and Destination properties, manual input capability (mouse dragging), horizontal or vertical orientation with flexible movement options, and a scale which can show text, roman numerals etc. and display threshold marks.
