The KineticaRT .NET Knob Instrument Component is fast, easy to configure and supports live update (state changes are transferred automatically to/from the connected channel). Destination property allows connection to channel component, a source property allows a feedback channel to automatically update the display and a circular Scale can show text, roman numerals, compass points etc. and display threshold marks.
