There is no programming knowledge needed, just cut and paste the code provided by the exchange onto you site(s). When you show a network banner three times, yours will be shown twice in the corresponding size. Once a banner is up and running on your site you get 500 free credits in that size. Use all four sizes and get 2000 free banner impressions. You may place the banners wherever you want and you may place more than one one a page, but the better the location the more referrals you will get.
