It offers shared contact list and chat history, SSL encrypted communication and chat statistics. It enables fast and intuitive IM contact between all the employees, allows creating secure (encrypted with SSL) private and business chats and conferences using one of many protocols (ICQ, MSN, Skype, Gadu-Gadu, Jabber). All the instant messaging traffic is monitored and can be managed by administrator, who manages all the employees rights and keeps them sorted into departaments and groups. It is possible to block external IM protocols and have all the employees use just the GG Pro protocol. GG Pro is also ready to work as a SIP/VoiP phone. All the users have access to the shared history of business chats, what creates an internal knowledge base about the corporation. If it is needed, the application allows to take over another user's desktop using the remote desktop feature. GG Pro supports remote work - users can perform their activities from any place in the world. At the same time this software is fully compatible with LIVECHAT Contact Center- i.e. support staff using live chat app. can instant message other employees who are using GG Pro or transfer customers and website visitors to other employees inside the company. The application is customizable, manageable and easily accessible through the web administration panel. Wide range of plugins and add-ons, such as CRM plugin or spell checker, make expanding GG Pro's functionality very easy. At the same time GG Pro's API is available and it became a base for building new features and new add-ons to the application. Calendar feature implemented in the application allows to share it between company employees and synchronize it with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
