FutuRUG Intake Solutions are designed to assist the SNF with their Medicare - A admissions. This program not only calculates an admission nursing RUG, but the Therapy/Nursing mix and RUG perseverance, based on admission information. Better than trying to calculate the ADL score by hand, guessing on nuring RUG, FutuRUG also creates reports for your interdisciplinary team. FutuRUG Intake Solutions assists the intake team by calculating the nursing RUG. Gone are the days of pulling out worksheets to determine if the resident is SE3, SE2, SE1, or any of the other nursing RUG's. FutuRUG quickly calculates based on the intake information that is entered. As the nursing RUG is formulated you can see it change on the screen. All information on the intake is then sent to the report for the interdisciplinary team to review. Nursing RUG perseverance is also calculated to let the team know if the intake RUG calculated at admission should persevere through the end of the 8th day.
