EZPZ Residential Care Manager has all the standard accounting features you would expect from a computerised bookkeeping system with additional features such as the calculation of fee charges over user-defined periods and from multiple funding sources.
The system enables you to keep details of individual residents, financial agents, and levels of private and local authority funding. The ledger for a resident shows what is owing for that resident at any time, and can be filtered to show the position for different funding sources.
Fee records for each resident hold details of how fees are to be charged, and who they are to be charged to, so multiple funding sources can be set up. Fees may be based on any charging period such as weekly, calendar-monthly, quarterly, or you can define any non-standard period, and may be charged in advance or arrears.
